It’s always tough, I have always sweated and often ached the day after but I’ve also always laughed, had fun and known that I was training safely, doing my body good and not harm.
It’s not always easy training with a baby, and though there is plenty of space for the babies to safely entertain, I have often had to carry or wear my very clingy baby and Frankie always adapts the workouts to suit us.
I’ve loved training with Mumpowered and it’s also been a great way to meet some likeminded mums - the vibe in Frankie’s classes is always so fun and energetic and all the women who train with her are too.”
